Tesla vs Marconi:
Strategic Legal Analysis on Intellectual Property and Economic US Interests over Justice
Antonio Iorio analyzes the Tesla- Marconi patent dispute and lawsuits, highlighting Supreme Court "errors".

Despite this, The U.S. Supreme Court in 1943 reversed earlier lower court decisions favoring Marconi, ignoring international treaties and Marconi’s prior filings in England. By restricting the jurisdiction of the ruling to domestic territory, the Court avoided recognizing -not even partially- Marconi’s rights, which would have obligated the U.S. government to pay Marconi substantial royalties, especially during World Wars I and II. -
