Antonio Iorio Daniel Akim was born in Salerno, Italy, on the 18th of April 1996, and since childhood has shown significant talent, qualities and a profound attraction for Music, impassioning to the sound of the Electric Bass in particular thanks to Jaco Pastorius, his greatest inspiration

At the age of 7, Antonio began to play the Electric Bass, just a year after he had as a gift his first electric guitar, a red Fender Stratocaster.

In the following years, He began to perform in different (Jazz, Rock,

Blues, R&B & Pop) Italian bands and by the age of 13, He collaborated with fantastic Jazz musicians such as Julian Oliver Mazzariello, Roberto Martinelli, Marco Brioschi, Pietro Vitale, Giampiero Virtuoso and many others…

By 2010, Antonio made his first professional experiences and collaborations in the music business and in the entertainment industry with many incredible musicians of the international panorama.

Exactly on March 18th 2011, He started to work on his first Album "An Overture from the Earth" realizing his First Recording Session in the Studio with Julian Oliver Mazzariello on keyboards, Giampiero Virtuoso on drums and Roberto Martinelli on saxophone.

By August 2012, at the age of only 16, Antonio became a Featured Artist and an endorser of "Acoustic USA", a branch of the historical and prestigious amplification brand "Acoustic Control Corporation", re-launched in 2011 by George Grexa.

Mr. Iorio appeared together with Flea (The bassist from Red Hot Chili Peppers) in addition to all the historical artists like Jaco Pastorius, Carlos Santana, The Doors, John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), Stanley Clarke,

The Jackson 5 and many others who contributed in making "Acoustic" one of the most famous and relevant brands in the bass amplification's history.

On August 12, 2013, Mr. Iorio appeared as a featured artist in Maiori, Amalfi Coast (Italy) on the occasion of a concert of the soprano singer Angelina Maniscalco. The concert 'Liric in Jazz Summertime' was set together with the U.S. Navy Band, in memoriam of the Operation Avalanche.

Basically, just considering the “very young” period between the age of 11 until 21, in just 10 years Antonio has personally met around the World

legendary musicians like Chick Corea, Stanley Clarke, Alex Acuna, Victor Bailey, Omar Hakim, Jim Gilstrap, Frank McComb, Larry Dunn & Ralph Johnson (Earth Wind & Fire), Bruno Canino, Uto Ughi, Bireli Lagrene, Lenny White, Bob Mintzer, Clarence McDonald, Defrantz Forrest, Dean Bowman, Henry Butler, Patrick Djivas, Yoran Vroom, Will Kennedy, Jared Schonig, Phil Palombi, Ethan Farmer, Fedez and many others.

In addition to his "early" incredible music meetings and numerous collaborations with many of the before-mentioned artists, since He was born Antonio has always been surrounded by every kind of "Great Music", Art and by the Endless influence of the Italian Culture, in particular remarking his roots from Southern Italy and the places where He lived: Rome, Naples and Salerno, his birthplace.

Only two and a half years old, Antonio starred as a supporting actor together with the one and only Carla Fracci in the short film 'No Football' also nominated at the Milan International Film Festival in 1999.

Even if The Antonio's political orientation has always been inspired essentially by John F. Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Delano Roosevelt, His vision has always found a point of tangency with "The Obama's doctrine", rooted on "The Audacity of Hope" and The deep message of "Change", that inspired him since he was only 11 years old.

Mr. Antonio Iorio supported President Barack Obama in 2008 and during his 2012 re-election campaign.

On July 20th 2014 at 20:17:40 UTC at the same time, in honor of the 45th anniversary of The Apollo 11 landing to The Moon, Antonio publishes "An Overture From the Earth", "The first Moral & Cognitive Jazz Album in the history of the Mankind, based on his way of thinking..."

In the same year Mr. Iorio founded his personal Artistic Label, 'Endless Universal Morality', through which He decided to release his first album.

Currently He is the sole Owner and President of his Label.

Antonio is an artist affiliated with Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI) in New York.

In summer 2014 Antonio made his first travel to the United States Of America (his "dream-country") realizing his aspirations, many important artistic and professional achievements and goals.
Essentially during his first visit to Boston (MA) and New York (NY), He defined New York City "his motherland", considering it the most incredible and wonderful city in the entire World.

He obviously found a deep point of closeness with his pre-constituted

key-vision after entering and taking part for the first time of his life in many significant and very important sectors of the American society.

In his first travel to New York, He has been in the heart of Broadway, visiting and performing in incredible places like the Birdland Jazz Club, Blue Note, Apollo Theater, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall, The Late Show with David Letterman (at The Ed Sullivan Theatre), Jazz at the Lincoln Center and many others.

The mix of those wonderful experiences with all of his American Dreams finally becoming true, amplified even more his enormous passion for Music and Arts.

Antonio adores and has a profound passion for the International Classic Cinema, in particular The Hollywood Golden Age until the early 70's, Broadway and the American Movies, in addition to the European and the Italian Cinema.

Watching for the first time his favorite Musicals in Broadway (in historical places like the Palace Theatre, Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, Majestic Theatre, Beacon Theatre, The Gershwin Theatre and many others) has been one of his most favorite experiences ever.

During his first travel to Boston, Massachusetts in 2014 Antonio recorded, directed and performed his music with many musicians at The Berklee College of Music.

By 2014 Antonio is a private contributor for The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Mr. Iorio has always been strongly involved in supporting numerous humanitarian causes around the Globe, demanding Total discretion and privacy.

On January 16th 2015, Mr. Iorio performed together with the legendary keyboardist and singer Frank McComb during a date of his European tour of concerts in Italy with Yoran Vroom on drums.

After a long experience as a visiting student at the Harvard University in 2014, in particular at The Harvard Law School (HLS), The Harvard John F. Kennedy School Of Government (HKS) and also at The Columbia University in NYC, in October 2015 He began studying Giurisprudenza (Law) at The University of Salerno (UNISA) in Italy, graduating with score 110 e Lode (Summa Cum Laude) and mention of excellence for his experimental work.

The prerogative of a Civil-Law system is mandatory for Mr. Iorio...

By his vision, in the 21st Century is radically inconceivable the existence of a "Pop-Law System", ruled and bound in a prominent relative way by sentences of any rank in particular associated with an anachronistic criterion of 'auctoritatis interpositio' still dated back in the 19th century...

The Law must compulsorily be Universal, Speculative and able to incorporate limitless, borderline and non-existent cases...

(Not just useless papers!)

In addition, his choice is essentially motivated by the immense Civil Law

Neapolitan Philosophic and Jurisprudential tradition (in particular during the Enlightenment period, preceded by the unique evolutive process, achieved thanks to the millennial melting pot of many cultures, starting from the Ancient Greeks, The Romans to the French influence in one the most relevant periods of the European and International history).

During Summer 2015 Mr. Iorio began to work in Hollywood (Los Angeles, California) on many professional and artistic projects. Obviously his frequent visits, recordings and performances in historic and very important places like Sunset Boulevard (The Sunset Strip), The Whisky a Go Go, The Capitol Records Tower, The Hollywood Bowl, The Roxy, The Troubadour, The Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood, The Hollywood Palladium, Sunset Record Studios, Amoeba Music, Tower Records, were only a starting point for his next music projects and productions.

After his first opera "An Overture From the Earth", by 2015 Antonio started to work on a new project in Hollywood, collaborating with fantastic musicians and friends worldwide, including the legendary Jim Gilstrap (who has been The Vocalist of Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, George Benson, Paul McCartney, Lionel Richie, Aretha Franklin, Carlos Santana, Bill Withers, The Jacksons, Jaco Pastorius, Stanley Clarke, Al Jarreau, Celine Dion, Narada Michael Walden, The Brothers Johnson, Barbra Streisand, Booker T. Jones, Art Garfunkel, Leonard Cohen, Elton John, Billy Preston, Whitney Houston, Joe Sample, Patti LaBelle, George Duke, Neil Young, Joe Cocker, Jackson Browne, Nancy Wilson, Roberta Flack ...),

Defrantz Forrest (The Gene Chandler's son & lead singer from the historic Motown Band "The Originals"), keyboardist Cornelius Anthony Herring and many many others...

In 2008 and in 2012 Antonio endorsed Barack Obama and contributed to his political campaign.

On October 2016, Antonio Iorio has been in the Top 10 on

The ReverbNation Jazz Charts for Hollywood, Los Angeles, California.

During Summer 2017 Antonio worked worldwide on numerous songs,

compositions, studio productions and collaborations with incredible artists worldwide.

In the middle of August until September 2017 Antonio was spending his summer holidays in Capri (Italy) when He composed and then recorded his song "On The Road". This is the First Record in which Antonio Iorio sings in addition of playing the guitar and all the instruments.

It's a Very Personal composition and his Personal Tribute dedicated to Jack Kerouac, to The Beat Generation, to The United States of America and also to Lou Reed, Elvis Presley and to Jim Morrison, with an unique style deriving from all the Antonio's main inspiration with a marked West Coast/Californian sound (Hotel California Style), defined essentially by the sound of his 12-string Martin Acoustic Guitar, by the sound of his Fender Jaco Pastorius Fretless Jazz Bass Custom Shop and obviously by his voice singing a Speculative Philosophic Poem.

'Speculative Music' is the exact name used by Antonio to define his music style and genre.
